can it cover melasma?

Since having my son, I have developed Melasma, a dark brown spotting on my upper lip. I have tried Sheer Cover, Smart Cover, Loreal, Maybelline, Revlon, Cover girl, and other concealers, and nothing will cover up the freckling, which looks like a mustache, no matter how thick I cake it on. I am desperate to find something to cover it up since there is no cure for melasma. Has anyone ever used Face Magic for this condition?
